DANIELA PEPE

Biography

Daniela obtained her undergraduate degree from Monmouth University and graduated from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 2015. In law school, Ms. Pepe sat as an elected member of the Executive Board of the Seton Hall Law Review, where she served as a Comments Editor. Ms. Pepe began her legal career as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Susan J. Steele, J.S.C. (retired) in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County. Throughout law school she worked in medical malpractice as a law clerk to Carol Forte at Blume, Forte, Fried, Zerres & Molinari and as a Research Assistant to Seton Hall Law faculty.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Pepe returned to the Bergen County Superior Court where she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan J. Steele, P.J.Cr. (retired), and was instrumental in drafting a 109-page judicial opinion in high-profile case of first impression in August 2016. Following her judicial clerkship, Ms. Pepe joined the Law Offices of Stephen Bialkowski, LLC, where she focused her practice on commercial and residential construction litigation, NJ Consumer Fraud Act violations, real-estate transactions, breach of contract actions, and landlord-tenant litigation.

Daniela joined Tango, Dickinson, Lorenzo, McDermott & McGee in 2018 where she focused on automobile liability defense.

In 2023, following her desire to represent injured Plaintiffs, Daniela joined the Law Office of Patrick Patel. Her knowledge of law relied upon by the defense and the tactics utilized by the defense brings a unique perspective to the office and to her representation of her clients.
